Undefeated Woodward took on undefeated Montrose and came up on the winning side, with a team effort. Senior Captain Bryn Coulsey scored 11 points with two three pointers, providing awesome offense. Sophomore Captain Ava Small took full control of the ball and scored 9 points. Seniors Mariana Verenis and Delilah Goncalves provided excellent defense, playing aggressively and taking control of rebounds. Senior Captain Antoinette Jean-Louis was lead scorer scorer with 13 points. She provided great leadership and was always at the right place at the right time. Antoinette was the key for today's win.

Captain Bryn Coulsey '12 was the lead scorer with 18 points. Captain Antoinette Jean- Louis '12 scored 10 points. Great defense all around kept the team in the lead, giving them the win. Eight Woodward players scored in this game.

Team Captain Ava Small '14 scored 10 points followed by Captain Bryn Coulsey '12 with 9 points. Cassandra Wesner '16 scored 6 points to put the team ahead for a big lead, and Delilah Gonclaves '12 had four rebounds to keep Woodward on top.

Woodward's second non league game. Captain Ava Small '14 was lead scorer with 15 points. Captain Bryn Coulsey '12 scored 14 points. Captain Antoinette Jean- Louis '12 scored 9 points. Mariana Verenis '12 scored 4 points and Delilah Gonclaves '12 scored 4 points as well. Great control of the ball, rebounds, and communication put the team in the lead.

Woodward Defeated Falmouth Academy with a score of 49 to 44. High scorer was Captain Ava Small '14 with 25 points. Captain Antoinette Jean-Louis '12 had 15 rebounds and 4 shot blocks. Captain Bryn Coulsey '12 scored 16 points including two three point shots.

December 5th Woodward played it's first league game of the 2011-2012 Basketball season. Woodward defeated Brimmer & May School with a score of 49 to 23. The game's high scorer was Cassandra Wesner '16 who scored 16 points. Team Captains Antoinette Jean-Louis '12 and Ava Small '14 each scored 12 points. Delilah Goncalves provided excellent defense throughout the game.
